Pumpkin Pudding

Happy Halloween!

Enjoy this warm healthy treat that tastes so good, you will think it's bad for you. While carving pumpkins is a delight, let's eat our pumpkins to improve our vision, reduce signs of aging and decrease our appetite. They contain free radical fighting antioxidants, phytonutrients and flavonoids which help protect our bodies. Pumpkins are a good source of carotene, Vitamin C and potassium. Try adding some to a post -workout meal or use it as a substitute for carrots.
