FOODIE FRIDAY: Doctor Kracker Seedlander Crispbreads

FOODIE FRIDAY

Doctor Kracker Seedlander Crispbreads

I like to eat Doctor Kracker Seedlander Crispbreads in place of bread for lunch or a quick snack.  They pack a real crunch, loaded with pumpkin seeds, millet, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and flaxseeds. They're a whole grain powerhouse. These crispbreads have 4g of protein on their own, not to mention fiber (3g) and essential fatty acids. But what I like most is, they're Organic. Yep.  Right down to the extra virgin olive oil.  They're also Non-GMO.  Take a look here.   Unfortunately, they do contain wheat so this is NOT a Gluten Free product. However, if you have a peanut allergy, you can rest easy.  Doctor Kracker Seedlander Crispbreads are made in a peanut free bakery.
